Helio Fialho - CEO - Mr. Fialho is a global thinking executive and visionary with a distinguished career that has spanned over 34 years in the retail, wholesale, and manufacturing industries. Mr. Fialho is a hands-on and respected leader whose experience and expertise encompasses high-level management, operations, finance, strategic planning, technology, and e-business. He has held positions in store, district, regional and senior level management with both mass merchants and specialty retailers. Prior to Auspient, Mr. Fialho spent twelve years with Copeland's Sports, the west coast's premier sports retailer, as their COO and CEO where he pioneered Online Sports Retailing with the launch of ShopSports.com in 1996. Mr. Fialho has been a successful entrepreneur and innovator with proven talent for developing business models that integrate strategy, operations, and technology to maximize returns. Mr. Fialho is a frequent guest speaker at industry forums, a guest lecturer at university business schools, named as one of the "Top 25 Executives" in 2000 - Sports Trend Magazine, and named as 2003 "Business Man of the Year" by the National Business Advisory Council. Appointed by the Entrepreneurial Council as a Member of the Executive Round Table in 2005, and currently serves on its Board of Directors.
Maggie Bartels - Director of Operations - Ms. Bartels is an entrepreneur and progressive senior executive with over 22 years in the specialty retail and wholesale industries. Ms. Bartels is experienced in strategic planning and organizational development. Her expertise is in procurement, merchandising, sales and marketing, distribution and operations. During her career, Ms. Bartels developed the industries first high-end specialty fitness store within a sporting goods format. Ms. Bartels' success can be attributed to her proven track record in cultivating and developing trusted long-term relationships.
Ryan Bronstad - Project Manager and Resource Coordinator - Mr. Bronstad has spent the past ten years working with companies that specialize in telecommunications, information technology, software implementation and development as well as Microsoft and Cisco network solutions. He has a passion for managing and completing projects as well as keeping up to date on the latest technologies available. Mr. Bronstad is a well-disciplined, highly motivated, positive person with a strong desire to build win-win relationships. Ted Thayer - Director of Business Development - Mr. Thayer has been driving interactive projects, sales initiatives, and business development since 1990 with companies primarily in the Communications, Telecom and Internet sectors such as Hewlett-Packard, Hughes Satellite, 2Wire, Best Buy, and Multiple Zones. Mr. Thayer brings 17 years of professional level project management experience, and has a proven track record working within multiple departments developing and executing strategic operational, sales, and marketing initiatives.
Don Kueffler - Director of Production & Design - Mr. Kueffler has extensive experience and knowledge in all facets of design, web site production, and site management. He has worked on the integration of the newest html extensions, java, active server pages, animated graphics, and dynamic database management programs. Mr. Kueffler has coordinated and implemented the successful launch of key clients for Auspient since 1996. Don is praised by clients for his organization, communication, and efficient development skills.
Terri Smith - Director of Services - Ms. Smith has been in the Customer Service industry for over 20 years. During her career, Ms. Smith has developed numerous communication systems ensuring customer care is maintained above industry standards for companies such as Hind Apparel, Shopsports.com, and Copeland's Sports. Ms. Smith has managed Auspient's Customer Service departments, including hiring and training, for Lucky Brand Jeans, Agave Jeans, Big Black, as well as other key clients.
Frank Young - Distribution Center Manager - Mr. Young has over 14 years of experience in warehousing, distribution, and fulfillment across a broad range of industries. He has an excellent history of providing customer support and finding cost effective solutions to meet customer's needs and expectations.
